From the start your enquiry will be dealt with by leading entertainment agency Tailored Entertainment. Tailored Entertainment specialise in exclusive representation of the best professional function bands in the UK and have a very select roster of top live bands. So you can be reassured from the off that the band have met the high standards Tailored Entertainment demands of its acts and that you'll also have an expert team on hand to help with all of the planning and any questions you may have. BOOK THE BAND

Once you have decided that The London Belles are the band for you Tailored Entertainment will send a booking contract to you to confirm the booking. The contract features all the important details for the event and once you have signed, the band will sign a copy and confirm the booking in their diary. We ask for a deposit to secure the booking, with the balance payable by bank transfer seven days ahead of the day.

PLANNING

In the lead up to your party you are very welcome to contact us any time to discuss the plan for the evening. Around four weeks before the day the experienced team at Tailored Entertainment will contact you to go over the final details - timings, set preferences, song requests for the disco or DJ, final payment details etc. All of the details will be recorded and sent to the band in one simple final confirmation email, so you can be sure nothing will get missed and everything discussed will happen as planned on the night.

ON THE NIGHT

The London Belles will arrive fully self-contained with PA, lighting and pre-mixed disco (or a band member can DJ if you add this to your booking) and will perform 2 x 45 minutes of live music. The band will cover your whole evening of entertainment so you don't need to hire a separate DJ or any additional equipment.

A guide to a standard evening party would be:

  • 17:30 - Band Arrive
  • 19:00 - Background Music On For Welcome Drinks
  • 20:00 - First Set (45 mins)
  • 21:00 - Disco/DJ (ideal time for buffet if you’re having one, and if it’s a birthday, perfect time for doing the cake!)
  • 22:00 - Second Set (45 mins)
  • 23:00 - Disco/DJ Until Close

Timings are flexible to suit your needs. The standard price for The London Bellesis based on them arriving at 17:00 earliest and finishing as late as 00:00. For an early arrival or late finish outside of these times, there is an additional charge.

The band are very happy to perform a special request for you as long as they have at least three weeks’ notice of the song choice.

The London Belles are based in London and can travel comfortably to locations throughout the City, including, Grosvenor House, Syon Park, Troxy Theatre, Gibson Hall, The Hurlingham Club, Cafe de Paris, One Whitehall Place, Claridge's in Mayfair, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Town Hall Hotel, The Bingham, The Sheraton Grand and many more.

The London Belles were a HUGE success! Not only were they fabulous singers but they were also delightful ladies! They harmonised beautifully with their vintage style microphones and their perfectly synchronised movements to the songs from the 1930's and 1940's classics really added to the professionalism of their performance! Also, they looked fabulous in their red dresses, red lipstick and forties hairstyles complete with flower decoration! They really complimented the setting of The Travellers Club too. Please thank The London Belles again most sincerely for really making our celebrations for the life of my husband so joyous! In fact, the whole event was a great party full of happiness and laughter with the assembled group of approximately 100 guests and family animatedly chatting and reminiscing about special shared moments.
